Refund Policy
Our online food safety customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days when the following conditions are met:
Requests for refunds should be made by raising a support ticket and someone will respond Mon to Fri, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm (AEST).
- When a refund is requested within 7 days of purchase of the course AND
- When no course certificates or statements of attainment have been issued.
- When no cheating has been identified.
- Where 5 STAR ONLINE TRAINING cancels an in-class course or stops delivering an online course within the allowed learning duration.
